Migration needed

Merge and clean content from the existing SaberCraft LUMINA Overview and Advanced Rules pages.

Starter rule flow

1. Two Lumens enter the play area.
2. One Lumen calls or telegraphs a CM.
3. Both Lumens perform the CM.
4. Successful completion scores according to the ruleset.
5. Roles switch.
6. Play continues until the round ends.
