More than notation
The SaberCraft Standard is not just a way to write attacks. It is a public, maintained choreography standard for documenting full saber movement: attacks, parries, body movement, transitions, flourishes, timing, and performance actions.

For schools and instructors
The SaberCraft Standard is designed as a shared choreography language.
Schools and performance groups can adopt the notation standard without replacing their own choreography libraries, teaching culture, or curriculum structure.

Relationship to SaberCraft
SaberCraft is the founding school and original community where the SaberCraft Standard was developed. SaberCraft remains the home for classes, community, events, and training culture.
SaberCraft's CM library represents one implementation of the SaberCraft Standard, but the notation system is designed to support choreography from other schools and communities as well.
